O-Hai! Long time!

Disclaimer: This is a very long post. Suppose to be 3 different post, but can't be bothered posting them separately. So yeah, do take your time to read. Thanks.

Hola friends! So...this post is gonna be an update of my recent life. You know, filling in the blanks in between my last post and now.

I also came to notice how I always drop by and post an entry each and every time my assignment period starts. So yeah, being a smart-ass yourself. Yes, my assignment period have started.

Okay..so first of all, I've finally got my first pay after working like a mad dog. (Not gonna tell you how much I got here so don't bother asking.)

But! Spent around  £50 just on my clay stuff. The clay itself, tool kits (like blades, zip-lock bag etc), acrylic paints, molds, jewellery findings and tool kits (yes I actually have a full set of pliers =]) etc etc..

£50!!!! Can you imagine that?! HEART BROKEN FOR MY PURSE!!! T^T

Friday (two days ago)
Alright, so we went out shopping and he accompany me to go buy clay stuff as I wanna start trying out on stuff like making charm from polymer clay.

Then he went off to work while I go home, and then...

I OPEN MY FIMO MICROWAVE/AIR DRY CLAY OUT OF EXCITEMENT ONLY TO REALISE IT WAS ORANGE IN COLOR, NOT WHITE !!!


Google-d it to realise that apparently they do sell the said Fimo clay in two colors. White and what they called Terracotta. (Whatever, it's still Orange to me.)

SO FREAKING SMALL! 

(I know because I double checked on the one I bought)

I've opened the package so I can't return it. Anyhow, I bought white Cold Porcelain Clay online cause I don't want anymore mistakes. *fingers crossed*

Hope it will arrive soon then I can finally start making something. White is just so essential in making cute things! 

Saturday (Yesterday)

I went to work again. At the Japanese restaurant I mentioned in previous post. This time working on the same shift with THANH! 

I'm quite glad cause at least I can ask him stuff right? =D

He told me that another guy's suppose to be working as a runner for the sushi bar but he was nowhere to be seen. Therefore I have to cover his spot. Which make me a bar runner and also a sushi runner.

OMG. My head totally went @@ by the end of the day. Glad I pulled it off? But to be honest, I quite like it cause its challenging. Lol. Then again, not everyday pls. 

Today...

A day as Flo from Diner Dash

Yes, finally after a long period of time. There's something worthwhile blogging about again! =)

1st, I'm gonna talk about my work today, as a waitress catering in a Japanese restaurant.
2nd, I'm gonna talk about my final year. =)

Agenda 1:
Lol. Well, I got a job at a chaotic Japanese restaurant. This restaurant goes real crazy during the weekends. Yeah. Its tiring, but I'm pretty sure I'll get used to it as time goes by...

Met some new friends there, everyone's being friendly. (well its my first day, don't know about the future)

I worked as a secretary back then in KK for 3 weeks. Its exhausting as well. Fallen asleep on bed every single night till Smelly T-T. But the tiredness is different from this.

As a secretary, it's mental pressure/exhaustion. As a waitress, it's physical pressure/exhaustion + a lil of mental pressure. =D

Aiya...don't what to say oh. K la. That's all for working.
Owh! I finally understand Flo from Diner Dash's xing ku-ness. Catering ain't that easy...

PS: Thanh say I didn't mention about him here, and it's true. I felt so bad. ok. I'M WORKING WITH THANH!!!!! Thanh...pls don't feel bad! =D

DIGI, YOU CAN GO AND DIE GAO GAO.

Right, so you all may realize I don't tweet often cause there's some shit going on with Digi's BIS. Finally I'm gonna blog about this DIGI shit.

First of all,

Ok, so lets start from last Wednesday (1/June/2011) and in brief as it's a very long ass story.

I applied for the DIGI Unlimited RM2 BIS(Blackbery Internet Service), but I can only get my Yahoo and BBM connect and nothing else. 

So I go on D'Chat (Digi customer service chatting system), the Digi dude served me ok, telling me he has report about my internet failure case to the particular department and they will contact me within 24-48hrs. BUT I NVR GET ANY EMAIL FROM THEM. (He took my email).

Was thinking of changing to a cheaper plan, so I stopped the Unlimited BIS and applied for the Social BIS instead which is RM1. 

Everything was working perfectly, only to find that Whatsapp is not included in that plan. So I switched back to Unlimited BIS. Of course I got charge for switching my plan even though it's not up to a day. (I don't mind being charge previously because I'm the one who changed the plan and that's how they earn money) So, I called the Digi customer hotline. 

Lets call him Digi 1. I was stuffed with general and not useful answers. 

Digi 1 said that I cancelled my BIS that's why I'm not having any internet bla bla bla. From what I know and received, I have already applied and got charged. 

So all in all, Digi 1 say I need to reapplied for my BIS and get charge again -_-. (Yes, I do mind about that rm1/2.)

Then I was passed to the Digi technical support as I couldn't download Facebook on my BB. Lets call this Digi 2. Digi 2 answered arrogantly telling me it's my handheld's service book's problem as their not updated etc. Then asked me to unplug and do a batt pull in an arrogant way AGAIN! (I was already half pissed now).

After all this shit, I still don't get my internet but I've already paid more than I SHOULD HAVE. You thinking I'm stupid is it? Or stingy cause rm2 also I wanna complain? 

IT'S NOT ABOUT THE RM2, IT'S ABOUT MY RIGHT AS A CUSTOMER. I PAY, I GET WHAT I PAY FOR, I USE IT. Not the other way round. 

Anyway, I went to the Digi service center in Api-Api, and this time I was served by a very nice lady =). (I just wanna give her a smile when I recall back.) At least she bother to smile and talk nicely. 

She say that's its their system's problem. So ask me to wait for their call again etc. (Which I missed twice just now when I was taking my shower).

Next morning, I applied back for rm1. BECAUSE I NEED INTERNET BAH! I get internet connection and I'm so happy I thought things went back to normal, but who knows my whatsapp got connected and DIGI sen ka go help me connect to WAP browsing and then fking charge me rm5 for it. rm5 is very very big in terms of phone credits leh!

Of course I require for a refund lah! This is when I met a very STUPID! customer service dude. Call him Digi stupid. This guy is a classic I have to talk about him in detail. I regret for not saving our conversation down.

At first I tell him I wanna refund cause I got charge for WAP browsing without being notified in the first place. I questioned him why there's no notification or alert from Digi telling us that we will be charge if we proceed to  bla bla bla, whether we wanna continue. I was hoping that he will report it back. I know, I'm too naive.

Anyhow, Digi stupid asked if I applied for the unlimited digi rm3. I say no, I have a BIS plan already. He replied me later on telling me that their system have not update yet. 

It's still rm9+ from their system and rm4+ in my phone. So he ask me to please go back to them a few hours later when their system has updated. W.T.F.

HELLO! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!

Since his replying crap, I asked if I can just cancel this WAP browsing thing. I don't want it and I don't need it signing up for me and cutting my credit for me. 

Guess what, the guy says yeah sure he can do it from the system by canceling my gprs for me. Here's how the conversation goes. (Not exactly the same, but generally.)

Me: "Wait, by canceling my gprs do you mean I won't be able to surf the internet?" 

DS: "(Not replying to my question), you can try to changing your sim to another handset and try to surf and browse the internet every two days."

Me: "What do you mean?"

DS: " Try inserting your sim card to another handset and try to surf the internet around every two days to check."

Me: -_____-" MAX.

So I tell him to forget about it. I don't wanna cancel the WAP browsing, just gimme back my refund and that's it. I think he don't even know what his talking about. (The refunded my rm5 in the end.)

FINALLY, till today, I applied for the rm2 BIS twice (I know, just giving Digi one last chance. Used to be a big fan of Digi.) and I still don't get any internet supply from DIGI. 

I GIVE UP. I WILL NOT USE DIGI'S BIS ANYMORE. NOT IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

Congratulations! You just lost one of ur internet user! 

PS: I don't know if any of that occur to any of you guys out there but this is what I experienced so yes I will be biased towards commenting on Digi's BIS now.

PPS: Drop me if you have any recommendation on other BIS plan..maxis maybe? I heard celcom's BIS is...blah...

FBI!! Freeze! Put your hands behind your head!

Haha...I'm just kidding. But then something very similar happened today. Not FBI, but from the Immigration Border Agency.

Was woken up by them knocking so hard on my door that it seems like it's gonna fall apart this morning. Simply grabbed my robe and opened the door with a messy-hair-blur-eye-smelly-breath state. I pity the officers. lol.

OK seriously, I was shocked. Wait. I think more like curiousity mixed with a subtle shock. If that make sense... *ahem*

Anyway! They have bullet proof vest on, the hand cuffs and the stick thingy (which I don't know what it's called) with them.

Thank god the one that talked to me is the friendly one. He said "Hi, sorry to wake you up from your sleep. Do you mind taking your passport and visa for me. Thanks!". Something like that.

Then I hand him the documents, he do his job, copy down the reference numbers etc etc. I don't know whether if I should laugh about this small little drama or be shock of it honestly. Probably cause we(me & hsemates) have all our documents with us, therefore we are all very steady, not slightly frightened about it. (Except for one person that is).

We even went to the empty room and weight ourselves and laughed about stuff...like the officers doesn't exist.  -_- Not to be rude to them, its just that their checking my other hsemate. Apparently there's something wrong with his visa and now his in the immigration center...

I think that's all. Don't know how to make this entry even more interesting. I'm so fed up of writing now thanks to my assignments, but I just HAVE to write this drama down. It is so rare to have officers barging in to your house! =D

Owh yeah, did I mentioned that I THINK one of the officers farted? It's not just "Put." its "puuut~ put..put." I hope you can feel it through my 'exaggerated' symbols. My hsemates all heard it, one of them is in the toilet somemore, and we are laughing our ass off man! Sorry I just can't help it. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!

Right. I think that's all for now. On a side note, Prince William and Kate got married last friday, 29th April. Just a small note, nothing big =)

PS: One of the officer is quite hot. wuahahah! I know this is not the right time but whatever! I'm the one who saw the hottie anyway! =)

Calling 999 emergency

Ok. So this is what exactly happened.

This evening my landlady knocked on my door and tell me that my hsemate J is having a very bad pain in his abdomen. I thought he had appendix!!

Went to check him out and realize that he had been in pain for 4hrs already. O.O (he thought its gonna fade away)

So we decided to call 999 as my landlady have a business to look after and can't walk away. ( I know) Ambulance came and took us to the hospital.

I'm freaking out and like OH-MY-GOD-WHAT-SHOULD-I-DO before we call 999. I totally forgot I can call them. -__-"

J was given painkillers and told that it was some urine infection. Got things under controlled but have to refer back to his own registered doctor to follow up his condition.

Ok, now here's the ranting part as usual.

I made the 999 emergency call and was asked for details of J like bday, full name etc etc. Sounds normal right??

But this whole registering and info asking had been done for 4 times.  4 TIMES. Once on the phone, on the ambulance, in the front desk of the hospital and in the emergency room.

I seriously don't understand why can't they just pass the info on to the next person and let them copy the info. J was in pain and it's getting worst while their acting like its just some kinda cold or normal fever. -______-"

It took :
10mins to get the call done.( including leaving info and stuff)
20mins for them to arrive.
15-20mins to reach the hospital.
5mins registering at front desk.
5mins registering again in emergency room.
30mins till we meet the doctor.

1.30hour in total, till we get a proper diagnosis of what actually happened.

Imagine if your at the brink of death. Like you got stab in the heart, or you fall down or whatever serious case lah. And they use this kinda attitude and 'effectiveness' to rescue you.

Probably would have die by the time you reach hospital.

Not being ungrateful. I just don't think that's how it work. Like a bit too cincai bah. Like in *ahem* Malaysia. =.= My other landlord tell me "This is UK. That's how things work."

Ok lah. I know some of you might probably argue that, that wouldn't be the case if something serious really happens. But we'll never know unless we're the person involved.

Oh well.

But we still say thank you to the doctor and the paramedics. That's manners what, people help you so have to say thanks lah.

And my landlord sent us home.

Btw, did I tell you guys that our paramedics' names are Pete and Jane? Sounds like Peter and Jane. The reading book we always use for reading during kindergarden. =p

PS: Gotta admit I'm curious as well what's it like to be in an ambulance. Ans : Super dizzy and car sickening cause can't see outside so its like your sitting in a moving box.

PPS: Must rmb to prepare some documents (ID card etc) beforehand when you make the call for someone you dno well cause need to answer many things! That's why I said would have die by then.
